Often times described as “acupuncture without needles” or “tapping”, EFT involves tapping with your fingertips on acupressure points. EFT is very effective in reducing stress, a leading cause of many physical and emotional issues. An EFT session begins by identifying issues in the client’s life that are disruptive to their well-being. During the session, the client will learn the basic EFT procedure which will allow them to practice EFT on themselves at any time.
